This website is run by GM Moto Private Limited, GB - 144, SLV Noble RR Embassy, Nava India Road, Peelamedu, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu 641004, India. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean GM Moto. If you have any question about your personal data, email contact@gmmoto.in or call +91 98944 49976.
What we collect
We only collect personal data that you choose to give us. When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we receive your name, company, phone number, email address, the application you are interested in, your message and whether you would like a factory visit. If you email or call us, we receive the details you share. We do not ask for sensitive personal data such as financial, health or identity documents through this website.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, arrange factory visits and assessments, prepare quotes, and provide installation, training and support. We may also use them to keep records of our business communication. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.
Who we share it with
Our contact form is delivered to our inbox by FormSubmit, an email forwarding service. Our website host and email provider process data on our behalf to run these services. We may share your details with robot manufacturers or partners only when it is needed to fulfil your request, for example to confirm technical specifications for your application. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
Our website does not set its own cookies and does not use advertising or tracking tools. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google servers and shares technical data such as your IP address with Google. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and maintenance.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond, to serve you as a customer, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. When we no longer need them, we delete them.
Your rights
In line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, to correct or update it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. To do this, email contact@gmmoto.in. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of sending data over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send confidential drawings or documents through the contact form. Ask us for a secure way to share them instead.
